Baker McKenzie hires Michal Berkner after McDermott exit

Baker McKenzie has hired M&A lawyer Michal Berkner as a partner in London.
Berkner, who is married to high-profile Conservative politician Robert Jenrick, left law firm McDermott in November,Financial Newsrevealed. She was with the US firm for less than a year.
